It is a forum dedicated on Hifi audio. With, leaving now the ones after the others, a lot of interesting members, including famous names in the audio world. Interesting place ? Yes, it could have been without the team of the stupid and dishonest moderators who are responsible for this desertification.
Daily, they erase lot of messages abusively in a totally biased, arbitrary and hidden way, some containing valuable informations ! Without any regard or understandable reference to their own rules and respect for equity as well as for the members who make the forum exists.
In fact, the only rule those haters respect and apply is the one of the fight club: never talk about moderation.
They ban people who are totally correct, polite, and friendly, because they don't agree with their position in audio theory, think out of their boxes or just are jealous of their notoriety while they let their good friends harass, insult, defame them in total impunity.
They claim to defend science against esotericism and the snake oil dealers, which are often rampant in audiophile circles. THis could be respectable but it is no longer when we transform science into a religion, when we refuse the simple observations and the validity of listening which is not made according to omplicated protocols like double blind.
The result is a poisonous atmosphere.
This forum works just like a court applying Sharia, led by Ayatollahs.
A permanent abuse of power, the realm of the arbitrary. Judge Roybean ethics and intelligence of his bear. Ok, to be banned from this kind of junk is not a real pain, but ... fascism always starts with little things.
nb: If one of the thugs involved in the administration and moderation of this, hum, forum ?, falls on this article, i want he knows that this view is shared by *all* of the many members with whom I exchanged privately on this subject.
